The Sacred Circle meets once a month, usually on a Monday evening.  This is a small, friendly group led by Susan Shianna Ravenhill, who is an Interfaith Minister and soul-centred counsellor.  “Inclusive and nurturing universal gatherings for joining, growing and celebrating living life with Soul.” 

The next meeting is on Monday 28 June, starting at 7.30pm.

Siddha Yoga

The Eastbourne Siddha Yoga Chanting and Meditation Group meets at the Clinic twice a month, usually at the weekend. Please call for details.

Life Coaching

We are glad to be in a position now to offer life coaching, having recently recruited Chris Hoyle to our team. Chris has been teaching meditation and life skills for 30 years, and we welcome the experience he brings to this crucial area. He has also initiated a Men's Group at the Clinic, meeting weekly on Thursdays: contact us for more information on this, or his individual coaching sessions.
