CranioSacral Therapy

This grew out of the work of Dr John Upledger in the 1970s, following Dr William Sutherland’s earlier development of cranial osteopathy. It involves gentle palpation of the bones of the skull, sacrum and coccyx, which attach to the membranes enclosing the cerebrospinal fluid of the central nervous system. Light-touch manipulation of this craniosacral system is effective with many poorly understood dysfunctions, chronic pain and low energy as well as early developmental problems such as colic, hyperactivity and learning disabilities.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy has developed from its European origin two hundred years ago into a system of medicine which now provides safe and effective health care for millions of people worldwide. A homeopath selects remedies according to the principle "like cures like", i.e. a substance known to produce a set of symptoms in healthy people can also cure similar symptoms in someone who is ill.
